Dr. Hough has a great staff that is highly trained and ready to take care of your individual needs. Our clinical staff is specially trained and qualified to work closely with Dr. Hough on all orthodontic treatment. Always under his direct supervision, these highly skilled professionals provide treatment and communication services, which keep our practice efficient and responsive to the needs of our patients. Dr. Hough and his staff are committed to keeping up-to-date on their technique by completing continuing education each year through OSHA and various meetings.
We also have a specialized lab assistant, allowing Dr. Hough to complete the majority of lab work (retainers, etc.) in the office, ensuring quality and rapid completion time. The front office staff is a specialized group of people to take special care in scheduling, communicating and coordinating the administration of our practice.
Peggie G. – Office Coordinator / Financial Coordinator
Peggie has worked in orthodontics since 1991 and regularly attends continuing education training. She is married and has one daughter and three grandchildren. Peggie enjoys gardening, reading and spending time with her grandchildren.
Jayme C. - Scheduling Coordinator
Jayme has worked in the orthodontic field with Dr. Hough periodically since 1998. She has been a registered dental hygienist since 1980. Jayme is married and has three children and two dogs. She enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Pat W. – Treatment Coordinator
Pat has worked in orthodontics since 1999. Previously, she was the staff secretary at Parkway School, and has extensive computer training. Married with three children and one grandchild, Pat enjoys walking, singing and spending time with her family.
Sharon K. – Lab Technician / Certified Dental Assistant
Having been in the orthodontic field since 1983, Sharon keeps current with the latest technology by regularly attending continuing education training. She is married with two sons and two grandsons. In her spare time, Sharon enjoys fishing and bike riding and spending time with her grandchildren.
Tonya R. – Chairside Orthodontic Assistant
Tonya graduated from the Missouri College for Dental Assistants and has been in the orthodontic field since 1996. Tonya keeps current with the latest technology by regularly attending continuing education training. She has two daughters and one dog, and her hobbies include scrapbooking and playing with her children.
Mendi E. – Chairside Orthodontic Assistant
Mendi has been trained in Basic Skills and Expanded Function and has been in orthodontics since 2000. Mendi keeps current with the latest technology by regularly attending continuing education training. In her spare time, Mendi enjoys spending time with friends, camping and attending concerts and sporting events.
Debbie K. - Chairside Orthodontic Assistant
Debbie graduated from Missouri College for Dental Assistants and has been in the orthodontic field since 1994. Debbie keeps current with the latest technology by regularly attending continuing education training. Debbie is married with three girls. She loves spending time with her family and friends, and coaching her daughter’s soccer teams.
Brittney H. - Chairside Orthodontic Assistant
Brittney is currently enrolled at Missouri Baptist University and has been trained in orthodontic assisting.
