We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours. We rotate our schedule between our Manchester and O’Fallon offices and will be happy to see you by appointment.

Our Office
Have you ever stepped into a place and immediately sensed something was different, special? Dr. Hough's office is this type of place. Our purpose is to enhance the quality of life of those people who come to us for the orthodontic health care. We are committed to the excellence in our orthodontic result while caring for our patients' individual needs in an environment that is open, friendly and enriching to both our patients and our staff. We specialize in state-of-the-art orthodontics, keeping up with the latest and best technology. But what you will sense the most is our sincere desire to build a personal relationship with each of our patients and provide a service in a way that will make you smile from the inside out.
Our office is designed for you to have great experience when you visit us. Our office décor makes it a fun place to be for both children and adults. You'll see smiling faces on our staff, and also on our walls. We have a special "wall of fame" where our patients show off their winning smiles. We also enjoy playing games with our patients and families, so don't be surprised to see special "take a guess" contests and other fun things we do together. When visiting, our treatment area shows off our pride in St. Louis, with custom painted murals of those favorite places in St. Louis, including "The Arch," Forest Park, The Science Center, Busch Stadium and Scott Trade Center. You’ll even see some of your favorite local sports hero’s as well as many of the local schools that our kids attend.
In addition to the office being a fun place to come, Dr. Hough enjoys getting to know his patients. We continue to look for fun ways to get to know you better and to make the office more than just some place you come to get your teeth straightened. Dr. Hough also speaks with many local school classrooms to explain the importance of good dental health and provide answers for many of your child's questions about visiting an orthodontist.
Dr. Hough is available for emergencies at any time through his pager, which can be accessed by calling our office.
